As each international order travels across borders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the item has shipped.
No Returns or Exchanges
All international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges after an order has been dispatched.
We encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are offered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- You receive a damaged or defective product, or
- You receive an incorrect item that differs from your order.
To request assistance, please email support@texaura.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. Our team will review and, if applicable, initiate a refund or replacement. Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Customs Duties & Refusals
Each country’s customs authority may levy duties, import taxes, or VAT that are the customer’s responsibility.
No refunds will be issued if:
- The recipient refuses to pay duties or taxes, or
- The order is not collected from the shipping agency after arrival.
Such packages are considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Order Modifications
Changes to an order or shipping address can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
After that, the order enters processing and cannot be altered or cancelled.
