Our products are made in certified ethical factories that uphold strict standards—but what defines Texaura is our direct involvement in design, detailing, and material selection. We use long-staple organic cotton, sateen weave for a naturally lustrous finish, and test every batch ourselves. This is affordable luxury that outlasts trends.

Are your bed linen products ethically made?

Yes. All Texaura products are made by adults in Fairtrade and GOTS-certified facilities with transparent labor practices. We also support traditional crafts through artisan partnerships & ensuring fair wages, dignified work, and the survival of ancient textile techniques.

What is the pricing for your bed linen products?

Our Jaipur-based model allows us to design, develop, and source locally cutting out middlemen and offering refined products at a fraction of luxury retail prices. This is what we call attainable luxury: everyday essentials with heirloom-level quality.

Are Texaura products 100% cotton or 100% organic cotton?

Texaura exclusively uses 100% organic cotton certified by GOTS for environmental and social standards. Unlike “premium cotton” labels used loosely in the market, ours is traceable, chemical-free, and ethically grown. That’s why it feels better and lasts longer.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All international orders are final sale.

As each Texaura piece is crafted and shipped with great care, we’re unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@texaura.com.

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments on Texaura.com are securely processed through PayPal, allowing you to pay using your PayPal account or major credit and debit cards linked to it.

We do not store or access your payment details — your transaction is protected by PayPal’s global security standards.

Is it safe to make a payment on Texaura.com?

Yes. Every payment is encrypted and processed through PayPal’s secure gateway, ensuring complete protection of your financial information.

Texaura does not have access to your card or account details at any stage of the transaction.

What currency are payments processed in?

Are customs duties or import taxes included in my order total?

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in your order total.

Each country’s customs authority determines these charges upon arrival, and they are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note: orders refused or uncollected due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
